These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the LetSort platform ("Service"), operated by ToggleKit Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

LetSort is a record-keeping and submission tool. We are not accountants, tax advisers, or solicitors. The Service does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
When you connect your Government Gateway account and submit quarterly updates through LetSort, you are submitting information directly to HMRC. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter into LetSort.
LetSort aggregates your income and expense records and formats them for HMRC submission. You must review each submission before confirming it. Once submitted to HMRC, submissions cannot be reversed through LetSort.
We are not liable for penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from inaccurate data that you have entered or approved for submission.
HMRC requires all MTD software to collect and transmit fraud prevention data with every API request. By using the HMRC integration features of LetSort, you consent to the collection and transmission of device information, IP addresses, browser details, and other technical data to HMRC as required by their fraud prevention regulations.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
LetSort offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices and plan limits are displayed on our pricing page.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honoured at their current price until the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for ensuring that all property, tenancy, financial, and compliance data you enter into LetSort is accurate and up to date.
LetSort provides compliance tracking tools and deadline calculations based on the data you provide. These are informational aids and do not replace professional advice. You remain solely responsible for meeting your legal obligations as a landlord.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToggleKit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
HMRC API availability is outside our control. If HMRC systems are unavailable, some features of LetSort may be temporarily affected.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, belong to ToggleKit Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Your data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
